This manufactory is closed temporary, news said on 17^th of March. The owner has announced that his factory will be closed until April 5^th. 1200 labors work for TOGAH’S MANUFACTORY. Meantime another manufactory called MEPNA is closed under the pretext of financial problems.

We were informed that a political prisoner named MOHAMMAD ABDOLLAHI is being tortured in MAHABAD’S Prison. This man has been in jail for two years.

On the basis of received news the regime security forces have broken MOHAMMAD’s teeth. “He is in bad mood either”, reports added.

Published reports say that after closing the manufactory, 150 workers were unemployed. Also, these unemployed labors had not gotten any salaries and other benefits.

As we have reported many times, the Iranian manufactories are being shut down because of the economic crisis of the Islamic republic of Iran.

“Human Rights & Democracy” activists informed us that a political prisoner named PAIMAN AREF has gone on hunger strike because his case has been held. This student activist was arrested at his home on March 13, 2012.

Unfortunately, a worker named HASSAN VAKILI committed suicide in the city of SANANDAJ on March 24th. News added that this guy was under financial pressure. Mr. VAKILI is married and has two kids. We have to say that poverty is one of the reasons of suicide in the country. Many of people kill themselves because of poverty and financial difficulties every single day.

Labors and other employees of a dam called "GAVSHAN" stopped working because their wages have been suspended for six months, news said on March 14, 2012. That protest took a few hours.

According to reports, this dam’s owners paid something to labors and promised to pay the rest of delayed salaries in the next days. These labors have announced that they would strike again if the owners break their promise.

The coordinating committee reports that construction labors of “MEHR Project” went on strike because they have not gotten any wages for three months. “The labors’ wages are being held with no any reason.” The coordinating committee says.

These strikers have announced that they would maintain to the strike until whole delayed wages are paid.

“Defense Committee of SHAHROOKH ZAMANI”, informed us that the Islamic Republic is persecuting this worker activist and also other political prisoners.

This committee claimed that the regime officials and prisons’ authorities threat and torment political prisoners every day. SHAHROOKH ZAMANI is one of those prisoners who are being pressured.

A news agency called “HERANA” said that PAIMAN AREFI, student activist, was arrested in the Iran’s capital, Tehran. According to news, this guy had already been called to court. Mr. AREFI has been arrested three times so far.

A political activist named MEHDI DAIHAMI has been sentenced to five months imprisonment on the charge of acting against the Iranian regime.

“HERANA” reported that Mr. DAIHAMI heard this order when he was in “Department of Security”. We have to say that he had already been freed by a bail in the amount of 55,000.00 US dollars.

A news agency called “MOKRIAN” reported that two political prisoners in the names of SALAH MOSTAFAPOUR and MOZAFAR SHARIATI were released from jail. SALAH MOSTAFAPOUR, from SAQEZ, had been sentenced to 19 years imprisonment. But MOZAFAR SHARIATI, from MARIWAN had been arrested recently.

We have got a report which says RAWANSAR’S CITY HALL bothers residents of this city’s suburbs. This report adds that houses of people situated in those suburbs, have been destroyed by the above-mentioned city hall. As the result of this anti human action many of people have been homeless.

According to published news, a man named KAVEH FARAJI, political activist, was transferred to prison of MARIWAN on April 2, 2012.

This guy, news said, had been arrested 8 months ago, and kept in a house of detention where belongs to “MARIWAN’S DEPARTMENT OF SECURITY”. His case is still pending, news added.

The coordinating committee reports that 70 factory labors got fired in the above-mentioned cities. These discharged labors were employees of “SIRANG KASPIN’S MANUFACTORIES OF GHAZVIN & GHAEMSHAHR”. These manufactories have the same name but they are independent from each other.

It’s said that the two manufactories have been closed because of financial problem.

News said that the regime security forces want PEDRAM NASROLLAI to resign from the “coordinating committee to help form workers’ organization”. This worker activist has been arrested with no reason since March, 2012.

On the basis of received news the above-mentioned committee has asked the Iranian officials to release Mr. NASROLLAI.

The owner of “EHIA SANAT MANUFACTORY” fired 5 labors out, the coordinating committee to help form workers’ organization reported on Tuesday 10^th of April.

Those unemployed labors have 3-8 years service, report added. As well as, employer has not paid any benefits to employees since last month. This manufactory is in the city of SANANDAJ.

“ILNA”, news agency says that “NAVID MANGANEZ FACTORY” is closed and whole its workers are unemployed. 150 labors used to work for this factory situated in Esfahan. According to ILANA, the regime new policy (cutting subsidies) has caused shutting down this factory.

A state news agency called “ISNA” says that on Sunday 15^th of April, 500 labors who used to work for this company, protested in front of the governor’s office of the city of GHAEMSHAHR. The protesters wanted employer and the officials to extend their contracts. These labors have been unemployed recently.

According to received news, this factory’s owner does not want to pay any wages which have been delayed for 4 months. The above-mentioned manufactory has 250 employees who have met financial difficulties because of unpaid wages. POOYA GHARB FACTORY is in the city of Kermanshah.

A worker organization reported that these manufactories’ employees have not gotten any wages for a few months. As well as the two manufactories situated in Kermanshah, do not have enough materials to produce, that organization added.
